yes, even if you plan to buy at the end.
Look, I don't know your financial situation, but it can be very good for anyone, really: with lease rates as low as they are, and decent residuals, use their money for free, and after your 3 year test drive, see if you like it. I have two outstanding buyouts: my '02 9-5 is 16K, my '03 9-3 is 17K. Could I ever buy either of these cars, three years old, for this money? Never. Around NJ, a 3 year old 9-3, admittedly the old body style, reasonably loaded (SE 5 speed, lthr, cc)) retails for around 21K. So, I've got all of that and more, for way less. At that point, I write them out a check for the balance, if desired, and I'm done. Its like having a three year balloon, but you can give it back with no qualms if you dont want it anymore.
