I usually have a police scanner in the car so I hear reports of "erratic" drivers called in all the time by people. It doesn't seem to be taken too seriously though... It's not like an "All Points Bulletin" from the police shows of old.
I mean, have you ever tried to catch someone on the highway? By the time a cop gets to the area last reported, the perp is 10 miles down the road or has turned off on an exit.
