and go to court ready to go to trial on it, but approach the DA before the hearing and ask if you can negotiate a reduced charge. If you license is not a coloring bookj already, they may well allow you to plead to something as minor as a disobeyed sign. You have to plead not guilty at first, and don't acknowledge the 75 mph up front. Express remorse to the DA, and talk him/her into it. If you have past offenses and hense big insurance issues, hire a lawyer who knows the court there. It will cost you less in the long run.
By the way, if you've changed to bigger tires, your speedometer reads low. Go to http://www.powerdog.com to see how much by entering standard and new size.
