The special op's guy was identified several hours ago. He's still in the van. There can't be a second bomb, but why the van?
The only reason that I can think that he's interested in Kate is because of her father. Maybe the father know's something, and Kate will be insurance to keep him from talking. Or, maybe snake-guy has a thing with terrorist Barbie Kim, and will swap Kate for Kim.
It's too bad that Kim didn't use one of those newly-discovered opposable thumbs and cock the hammer on her revolver, or step back, or move towards the door, or ....., well, that would be so against her character.
I'm going out on a limb and expect the representative from one of the framed countries to turn out to be a "good guy", follow Jack and Kate (well, no limb there), and probably get killed.
