I've got a '95 Integra GS-R and I think the DelSol also has a B-series engine.
I figure you've already checked for loose rattling heatshields.
The head pipe between the manifold and the cat (Honda calls it the "A-pipe") is a double-walled pipe, and the inner pipe on mine got off-center and buzzed against the outer pipe. It drove me nuts because it sounded like a loose heatshield. I kept checking & none of them were loose. I don't know if all B-series engines have the double-walled A-pipe...
The other thing is when it backed into the curb, something up forward probably bent. Most likely the section near the rear axle that goes sideways towards the RH side. Now it's drumming against the floorboard.
