in Cali this person would have been arrested, I believe Posted by Scott Paterson [Email] (#13) [Profile/Gallery] (more from Scott Paterson) on Thu, 14 Dec 2006 13:22:37 In Reply to: 16 year old clocked at 142mph in Subaru Impreza, Rod [Profile/Gallery] , Thu, 14 Dec 2006 13:20:13 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
Anything over 100mph is an automatic reckless driving and loss of license. I think you get arrested as well. It would make sense as you can't drive.. unless someone else in the car drives.. I imagine if you are solo your car gets towed as well.
Anyway, over 100 is serious here in California.
