9-5 aero bov question

Hi guys,
I just sold my mustang GT to purchase a 2001 Saab 9-5 aero (hold the applause please haha). I am interested in installing a blow off valve, and I am looking at a turboXS RFL bov. A buddy of mine actually has one, and he had previously had it installed on his saab 9000 aero and removed it when he sold his car. My first question is: Will this unit work on my 2001? The bov is vented to the atmosphere. My buddy had no problem using it on his saab. My next question is: Assuming it will work, does anyone have any idea of what else I would need to install one of these? I know I need some kind of flange or adapter, and may need to weld it on. Does anyone have any experience with anything like this?
Also, on a side note. Where can I find other info on what type of performance upgrades are out there and work well with my generation saab aero? Thanks guys (and girls)!
-Jonathan
