aero'd, FWIW the last set of aero's I had weighed a little less then 50 lbs per seat vs the momo montecarlo seats my SPG presently has which weigh a scant 14 lbs however with another 10-15 lbs in mounting brackets:(

gutting the car would then require him to move up a few classes thus that's probably not a good idea. Winning isn't always the most important thing, it's having FUN

Autocross tracks are obviously NOT high HP tracks due to the speeds rarely getting over 60-70 mph thus the old sonetts have the advantage due to their minimal weight. Not that say a C900 can't be competitive (the SPG I beleive won the national solo II events a while back) it's just it's not a slow speed car. But we are talking 9K here :)
