Like Jak states, a TE05 is what you have. It replaced the older Garett T3's which allowed the TE05's to have much better throttle response/less lag however they run out of power quicker & cannot develop as much boost/power as the stock T3 can. The 16g that Jak mentions allows a lot more air to be crammed into the engine thus giving you a bit more power with the proper fuel :)
Exhaust wise, the bottleneck on a C900 is the downpipe which has a very sharp tight bend directly off the turbo. If your present exh is still in very good shape you could have a 2.5 or 3 in downpipe made which in itself will drastically change how the car behaves. This would bolt up to the OEM exh & you could either use the OEM cat or spend a little more & get a hi-flow unit which also helps out in the HP area. If it's something you plan on keeping I would spend the $$$ & do it right the first time, 2.5 or 3 in turbo back with a hi-flow cat & 1 magnaflow (or similar) muffler. It will be a little louder but DAM do these cars sound SWEET with a opened up exhaust!! This might require you to move your battery or at least get a slimline battery.
