Stock Aeros hit 96MPH, according to road tests. Also keep in mind that HP does not tell you everything. It only tells you the peak HP, which lasts for a tenth of a second, in one gear. I could easily adjust the MBC so that I was getting lower than stock HP, yet still get faster 1/4 mile times than stock. How? Simple, more boost in 1st and 2nd gear, less in 3rd-5th.
Stock boost levels:
1st: 8PSI
2nd: 12PSI
3rd-5th: 16PSI
Setting the MBC for 15PSI would result in a much quicker car, and yet will have less peak power. I had mine set for about 17psi when I ran my 14.0s. Factoring in the altitude (3300ft), it follows that the peak power was just barely over stock spec.
I've never had the car dynoed, and I never will. Aside from curiosity, I can't think of a valid reason to even know exactly what the HP is. I have a G-Tech meter, which matches my track times within a couple tenths of a second. That gives me a pretty good estimate of the power.
