Jak - n/a cam Q

Hey Jak! A year or so ago when you were building an engine you mentioned an interest in trying a 2.1 n/a intake cam in place of the 2.0 turbo cam. I tried to find an update, but didn't see anything. Care to comment on that? Reason I ask is I recently pulled a 92 900 n/a head from a donor car that only had 12k miles. I did it because my current 86 16VT head has a busted exhaust stud bolt and I'm tired of smelling exhaust fumes when the windows are rolled down. I figured if I'm gonna pull the head to deal with that stud I might as well replace the head if I could find a good one. So now I have this 2.1 n/a head. I've read on here about it's potential and limits when installed on the C900 turbo. Particularly the decreased low end performance because of intake velocity and volume differences between the 2.0 and 2.1 intake ports. Two low end improvements mentioned are using a 2.0 intake manifold and the 2.1 n/a intake cam. Because I'm not really interested in frying my tranny any time soon with beyond stock psi levels, having a little bit more low end kick actually interests me more. It has to do with being able to move quickly at slow speeds in heavy traffic situations here in Los Angeles. And chugging easier up these long winding hills in 4th gear at 45 mph. I'd love to hear some input.
