stage5 is complete 3 inch exhaust, big aluminum intercooler, biger then stock turbo modded filter setup, biger injectors & SW & manual trans would be anupgraded clutch too but would have allot more torque
I consider a stage 5 anything requiring larger then stock injectors so depending on the turbo used it could be anywhere from 310BHP to mabey 360BHP
I think a stage6 would have a header at least on top of the parts listed in the 5 & definatly a big turbo & would probably start in the high 300HP range to well over 400BHP
I need to start working with cam options too Im sure on carls car we could have gotten more with better cams we ran stock T5 cams on that
on jerrys car we used the JSP IC, complete 3 inch exhaust, JSP T25/28 turbo, my 50 lb injectors & he had modded his filter box with a K&N drop in

with his car I was intentionally going for lower torque levels like 300 ft lbs at the crank & hoping for 320-330BHP
I dident realy get to finish his SW when he was here because we ran out of time but he is coming back to finish the SW
he left here hitting a torque spike of 16 lbs boost at about 2500RPM & then tapering upward to about 20 lbs by 5000RPMs
Id like to see a little more boost up top
when he comes back we will get it on the dyno Id like to see like 280WHP & 250 ft lbs at the wheels
I would suspect a little more power loss thru an auto box, it probably takes 10HP just to drive the pump in the trans & I dont know anymore what to say about drivetrain losses I just say 15% because thats what I see most other tuners quote on there BHP numbers
I told jerry to keep his trans flushed & that synthetic fluid would be best
I will buy a trans controll module & break into it & see what I can do with it soon
take care
JAK
