Hi John, there are special tools that center off of the exhaust manifold kind of like a drill jig. I'm usually able to remove these without having to install a heli-coil. We have the right ARP exhaust stud kit, from ARP or other sources the washers are wrong for a Saab application. I'll be glad to send you whatever you may need! Take care, Dave
