It fits, but I did have to push the top of the AC condesor back a smidge (may 1/4 inch) by elongating the holes where the condensor attaches to the top of the radiator shroud. Here's a pic of the right side before fabing up the output port. It shows what was cut along the side of radiator housing, namely the bottom headlight support fitting and the outward turning lip running vertical along the houding. I also had to shave off (maybe 1/4 in) the lip on top of the radiator housing to just under the screw holes where the grill attaches. Otherwise, the IC wouldn't fit from top to bottom. It was that tight. If you look closely, you can see how the very top of the IC fits just under the cut edge of the rad housing, and exactly flush with the forward curve of the rad housing. Any more forward and it would not have fit behind the two plastic headlight pieces - the backs of which did have to be cut off. The AC condensor being moved back allowed that fit. The bottom fit fine, but I did have to shave off some material from the plastic air dam/grill front piece. You can also see inside the IC where the original IC end tanks were cut off. Not completely removed, just the outermost piece so that the original seal and structure remained to build upon. Still visible is the original stock IC, there because I still had to drive the car while all the fabricating was going on. Took me a week - mostly after work.
