I've been a big fan of Berryman's B12 for a while... When I had the motor apart in a 1993 900S last weekend, I poured some directly in the cylinder bores and let it sit on the piston tops for a short while. I came back after five or ten minutes, and literally wiped away the carbon deposits with a paper towel. I meant to take before and after pictures, but I forgot...
I have no idea how this stuff behaves in a running engine compared to any of the other similar chemicals, but by itself it does quite well... I think it's because it has MEK in it, and nothing with MEK can be bad. :P
