One thing that would be interesting would be a modern remake of the Sonnet 1. I was thinking that you could take the new Pontiac Solstice and create a new body like a modern Sonnet 1. I believe the engine's are the same base Ecotec. For that matter, you could take a late model vette and do the same. Not really sure about this one.

Another thing I was thinking was a 9-3SS project with the new V6. A coupe with a custom wide body kit (not just flared fender lips like the versions I have seen in Sweden) sporting a 800HP engine is doable. Unlike project WaSaabi, this would focus more on performance and being light weight. Using my composites knowledge, I would be possible to loose some serious weight on the car and yield incredible performance. If the car were light enough, the HP numbers would not have to be that high.
