its a bolt down lift so you use a hammer drill & drill into the floor which needs to be at least 4 inches thick then you hammer in the anchor bolts & bolt it down :-)
its a 9000 lb clear floor lift meaning there is no hump in the floor between the posts
I had a big truck on it today :-)
