Bigger injectors VS. higher pressure FPR

Hi,
Just wonder if the 10% increasing of the flow rate of injectors (let's say 30 lb hr to 33 lb hr) installed to the system, is equivalent to increasing pressure of the FPR, let's say 3.0 to 3.5 bar.
Is this practically the 'same' upgrade in order to feed more fuel to the engine?
From what I understand, those yield the same thing, more fuel injected about 10% am I correct?
TIA,
Roy
