if this sensor is causing you problems, you can simply remove the vac. hose from it, but leave the electrical connection active.
This will allow the fuel pump to operate... but obviously defeat the sensor's intention for cutting the fuel pump under too much boost.
I believe the sensor can be adjusted by connecting a continuity meter to the pins (2 pins) and connection a psi gauge and hand pump to the vac. port. Bump up the pressure until you lose contrinuity on the meter... and whatever that pressure is at is where the sensor is adjsuted to. then there is a screw to adjust on the unit, which i believe is covered in lock-tight material the you must break off first.
you turn the screw, and you can adjust what pressure the sensor loses it's continuity at... and whatever PSI this is, is where the sensor will do it's work.
or...
remove the hose entirely as i said before... and "hope for the best" :)
If you're attempting to use the car's stock engine and turbo management systems, i believe the fuel pump won't run without this sensor on the ecu circuit.
I may be able to find out what pins on the ECU need to be shorted in order to bypass this sensor, but if you have the harnesses and everything you may as well try to incorporate the sensor...
