I could see where a nice dp and ic might help the spool-up some I guess, but once the ecu catches up, it will do whatever it needs to keep the air mass at the requested amount. I don't really think that the peak hp would go up much because since its a air-mass or maf system instead of air density system or map system, once the better hw provides the requested air mass, the t7 ecu will do things like close the throttle plate so no more air comes into the motor and no more power is really made.
On a t5 car if you get denser more free flowing air from say a dp and ic, then it will allow you all that extra air and power up to a point of course, but its not doing things like closing the throttle plate and reducing the air-mass into the engine.
