The limitations of the LH2.4.2 fuel management system is typically fuel injector sizing, fuel map capab., and lastly aim mass meter restrictions (not usually a factor unless targeting over 375 horsepower).
The 9000 OEM fuel injectors should be allowing for up to 240 BHP with proper mapping and this should also be limits of the factory T25 turbocharger.
The LH could easily be updated to allow for 20+% higher flowing fuel injectors than OEM which would be capable of supporting up to 300 BHP.
The T28 turbocharger could be assembled to provide a one for one replacement from the T25 Garrett turbocharger and will not need modifications, etc. to install.
