No worries, yes its the 1993 aero spec b234r that gets the trionic t5 engine management system. They do say that in 1994 the aero gets an updated engine, but keeps the same power output, so maybe it was just the balance shafts, maybe not, but I was under the understanding that in mid 1993, the aero 2.3 motor with the t5 engine management system was the same as the later t5 94-98 9000 models with the 2.3 engine.
