What is your baseboost? What plugs are you running, gap and how old. Have you checked the connection at the MAF/air box (is the large rubber O ring still there? and the cobra pipe connection at the turbo?
One thing is for sure, you have a base which I think means you have a shitty IC-should be replaced when running stage 3 and above. Yes I know you can get away with it, but it makes a huge dif.
The sound you are discribing seems to be the diverter valve, but looks as if you have replaced it.
BPC-Do not replace anymore. BPC's fail on T5's and very rarely ever fail on T7's.
And, what about the DIC?
Did this start to run bad after the stage 3? Or hasit always run like this?
Have you checked all the IC hoses for leaks, and I mean have you taken them off-it can be very hard to see a tiny hole.
Are you getting any CEL's?
