But would aero dave be able to help me at all? I found Kieth Kiah's address in plainsboro, NJ, when I searched him on white pages, I found several addresses and plainsboro (although a different address) is where group 9 was.
there was a personal phone number listed too I will try it tomorrow. the basis of this whole chase is that I was going to order Koni's from Genuinesaab but found out they were on backorder, I was vehicless, So I looked around some more and called Group 9 to check availability of their Konis and B&G spring kit, I received a call back within 3 hrs saying that they would ship the following morning if I ordered that night. so I ordered and canceled Genuinesaab order. I waited a week and a half for them to show up but never even received confirmation of the order. I then started calling them and got a Off-site Receptionist who told me over the next several days that no-one was in the office and she couldn't find anyone. then I got a email saying that my order was finally shipped from a warehouse. still no tracking info. A week later I get the Koni's but no springs. I immediately tried calling and got the same BS from the receptioninst and so I told her that I was not going to come after her but to leave a urgent message for Group 9 saying I wanted the rest of my sh*t and I would be gladly taking a ride down to pick it up myself. I then sent two emails to their parts and customer service email accounts, and never once received anything back. waited another week and a half and contacted the BBB and filed a complaint, that was a week and a half ago. and they are giving him until june 2nd. but if he hasn't called me now, he ain't gonna call me. so I am going to find him and make him pay up. my car is still unusable due to a broken front spring. I decided to update the entire suspension system to so I have almost 2k into this total and can't afford to put more cash out elsewhere for more springs. no-one else advertised B&G either, and Paul from Automotion up here recommended them (B&G).
