You need to get a good ic on the car, that would go a long way, that and a decent dp, then with bpc you could get a ecu tune and run a good amount of boost safely. Some people have used a chemical ic or w/m in place of a ic, but I would go ic first...
That would be the 3 basic things to get the car to make decent power safely. I am not sure about those injectors, but I have had some issues with stock saab fuel pumps losing fuel pressure. All 5 of my saabs have gotten new fuel pumps. I went up to the walbro 255 in 3 of them.
