200 watts is less then 1/4HP so to convert it back would mean you would gain making two conversions which is impossible
also how much do you think 1/4 HP is going to help push your 3300lb car?
like I said when converting energy there is allways loss never gain if there was gain it would be a perpetual motion machine
there are only more & less efficient ways to convert energy
Id have to see it first hand \
on its own a hydrogen producer cannot help
