1. Since you have a real guage, hook it up and check the stock gauge and compare. All of the stock gauges read different.
2. Instead of doing this, doesn't your car have an apc with pots that you can adjust? Do you have a tuned apc?
4. Yes, it takes time to adjust the external spring, but this is the best wat to do it as you don't screw with the amount of travel in the wastegate/actuator.
5. It is only bad to have that amount of BB if your car can not handle it. If your car reads too much hot air/etc. it drops psi to a safe rate. If 12 is not a safe rate then you damage your engine.
