The ingredients of washer fluid can vary widely, but for the most part it is just water, meth, and monoethanolamine. The mono is used in the "production" of detergents, so what I would worry about is the quality of the water used in the washer fluid.
If you use a strong mix of meth and water, for safety sake, you should get a small fuel cell.
