Since you replaced the turbo recently, I would seriously consider the possibility of poor lubrication issue like sludge or a bad oil supply line. However, if the new turbocharger was given oil that had any sort of contaminants, this would cause RAPID wear of the turbo's bearings. On the other hand, if you are using heavyweight oil that could be the entire problem. I would suggest pulling the downpipe or the intake off the turbo to check for shaft play.

When my turbocharger went, before I even looked at it, Jak Stoll was a very helpful resource in helping to determine what was happening, as was Tim (I think that was his name) at East of Sweden. You may want to make a call to Jak and get his opinion, and/or drop an email to East of Sweden.
