The replacement is pretty straight forward. It helps to have an extra set of hands. I recently replaced mine a couple months ago in about 45 min to an hour. No need to drain the coolant. Release the radiator top mounts. Pull it up out of the rubber seats at the bottom. Pull the whole thing back towards the engine. I think you also need to take off the oil cooler mount bolts at this point too. There are mount bolts that go through the bottom of the intercooler as well. Also, remove the intercooler hoses. after that, it should be free to work it out of the rubber seats at the bottom and up and out. a bungee cord works well to hold the radiator if you don't have an extra set of hands. are you replacing it with a stock one or the bigger ETS? Good luck. I think I got everything, but i may of forgotten something. You should be able to figure it all out once you start if i left anything out.
