If you want to run 205's you'll have a problem w/ 7 inch wide wheels.
15x7 +35 is too close to the spring perch - they'll rub w/ the car unweighted, weighted, turning or going straight. On the back, they'll rub the lower arm (the one with the spring in it) with the wheel just mounted.
15x6 wheels from a 9000 will rub the back wheel well when the car is loaded/lowered unless you do the axle centering mod.
I have some toyo proxis 4's in 205-55-15 on OE SPG wheels on my 86 w/ real SPG springs/bilstein HD's. They rub on the front on one side when close to lock - otherwise, there are no problems.
You'll either spend a bunch of money getting the correct wheels (probably from europe since the focus and peugeot use the same pattern) or a bunch of time, effort and $ to "fix the car".
From Jpowwell
5.0" 45mm ET45 Early 99 rims
5.5" 40mm ET40 Stock 99/900 rims
6" 33mm ET33 Stock 9000 rims
6.5" 27mm ET27 6.5Jx16 Aero and Super-Aero Rims
So you're looking at some +25 give or take for 15x7's and they probably rub somewhere!
Remember all 205's aren't the same. Look at the specs to double check.
Saab could have just make the wheel wells about a half in wider and things would be soooo much easier.
