Sorry if you answered this already, but did you get another stock ECU to try yet?
Get down and look into the OBD port and make sure that none of the little pins has slipped back into the connector and isn't making contact with the tool, I have seen that a few times. Would the Tech2 at the Chevy dealer communicate with other modules and just not T7, or does the whole thing not play nice?
