yes I've talked to him many times. He just says Tech2 is all he uses and no idea why the "generic" scanners won't work. (personally I would think it should) he told me to email him the problem so i can forward it to the guys at NORDIC. Then from there I'd have to send my ecu back (i have no original sent in as core) and that he'd check it out or something.. BUT that leaves me without a car for atleast 5 days and I can't afford that down time. I would much prefer him to make me a new ecu to cover my down time and then i'd swap it out and send this one back for repair or whatever..
