In thinking about it, that would be the only reason to me to go equal length is if you have a turbo that doesn't match the existing header. I built my suspension up until my driving instructor told me that the engine couldn't push the suspension to the limit, and then we started to balance the power vs. adhesion. I found that the only time I needed full boost was on the main straight as it ran so darn good with 10psi base boost. Put a thumb switch in the gearshift knob to tell the APC to run, and then it was like an afterburner kicking in.
