At first I was looking to not purchase premium everytime I filled up the car. Then I emailed a tuner and he said I could safely run more power than my current set up. That was all I needed to hear. The stage 3 e85 tune is a rocket compIared to the old stage 3 petrol tune. As a note, the car came with the old tune from the previous owner and I have been told it was an abbot tune, but I have no confirmation of that.
Again, I was not expecting such a dramatic decrease in fuel consumption, but to me it has been worth it. My purpose was not to build a monster power viggen, just to take advantage of living close to an e85 station. On a side note, my emissions are next to nothing. Hope I can pass inspection.
