Finding ET35 is a tough, tough task. The cars you are going to be finding wheels for are Focus, Contour, and Cougar and they run ET40 through ET50 - ET35 would be a rare exception. If you like the wheels you've found, I'd snatch them and then, if necessary, use a spacer to make up the difference. You're virtually always better off using too high of an offset than too low - the former can be addressed with spacers, the latter you're just hosed. That also gives you some flexibility with tires, since you can remove the spacers for narrower tires and add them for wider.
