Sorry, should have given those details.
This is all on my 03 9-5 Aero Wagon w/5 speed manual trans.
The turbo is a TD04HL, with the 6cm turbine housing from a 9000 aero, and the upgraded 18t wheel. Everyone seems to say to just go with the 19t, but I didn't want to go too crazy with top end and was hoping to keep the car somewhat quick spooling and have nice drivability. A lot people seem to like going crazy with GT turbos, which I know make great power, but require all kinds of custom work. This turbo and intake pipe were literally 100% drop in.
Dave at Lesco, who goes by 900 Aero on here, is the one that built the turbo and I can't give him enough thanks for all the work and advice.
The car has a mild tune on it now but is set up for the stock hardware. So far I'm very happy with the way it drives and may just keep it as is until the exhaust goes in, it all depends on what my tuner says when I hear back. I don't want to risk leaning out with all the extra air going into the motor.
