I just built a B205 engine (it had ~80K on it with no issues, no sludge) with JE forged pistons (went with the tuff skirt coating). In talking to different tuners and GS, they all convinced be to go first over. Why? I'm pushing ~24 PSI through a TD04-HL19T-6, and they pretty much said I'd be crazy not to go to 90.5 mm to make sure I'm getting a tight seal and no blow-by when at full boost. Pretty much rebuilt the whole engine and head while it was torn apart. Installed T5 cams also. Only regret was not bedding in the valves.
Goal is 365 HP at crank. Still on break in and chasing different bugs at this point, and need to beef up the transmission.
