I have replaced many T7 pistons with the Woessner, I prefer them over the JE as they are lighter and the quality seems a little better and they are known for less piston slap when the engine is cold, less noise.
I always have them bored next size up to ensure perfect hole and a professional hone job. I then check and make sure all my top compression rings are set to what I like to run .017" They can come as tight at 12 and I always check them, twice 3 of them were close to 17 and one was 12 ! I have had very good luck and my race car with 800bhp does not seem to blow by or use any oil at all. I seem to get rid of quite a few of these pistons.
