Right side Toe Issues

So I have a stage 5 1999 saab 9-3. I am running koni full suspension with 18 inch wheels. Since the last time I took out the trans I am noticing an issue with even less traction (car wont hook till 3rd on the best days) I was under the car this weekend changing the oil and noticed that the inner side of the right (passenger) tire is wearing a lot more than the other side. Now this could just be that when it spins the tire under hard acceleration the open diff favors that side. But I did notice a lot of play in the upper strut mt. They are new and just wondering how much play is normal there. Its the bain of this car only major design flaw was mounting the steering rack to a weak fire wall. I have the GS strut brace. There seems like a lot of up and down movement on the inner tie rod mounts but every one I have seen is like this. I have change the rack 2 times. The other thing I will check is all the torque on the frame mounts etc. I feel something moving in the steering geo under hard acceleration. Everything else is new, ball joints lower control arms are new with bushings, new stanchion bushings etc. Any thoughts? I am getting ready to sell this car so want everything tight.
