So, I'm having some strange turbo behavior related to engine operating temperature. When the car is just started and the engine is cold I have full boost into the red. Sometimes when cold, I will even hit fuel cut-out.
As soon as the engine warms up, needle past the very bottom of the temp gauge, I get base boost just barely breaking into the yellow on the boost gauge.
So far I have swapped out the IAC, BPC, MAF, DIC and spark plugs with no difference in behavior. What could be telling the ecu to restrict boost when the engine is warm? I'm about to swap out the ECU and the CPS as last ditch efforts. Maybe throw an O2 sensor at it as well.
Any ideas? Anyone ever have this problem?
