Although I don't post messages here much, I do like to lurk on this board. I have a 1991 9kT i'm starting to make some performance gains on and love this board, although people seem to be posting the wrong info here (body kits, stereo, racing other cars, etc.)
I really don't care to hear about how your modified Saab smoked a stock BMW m3 or Audi s4 on the highway. If they had the equivalent mods for their car that you have installed, they'd put you into next week. Don't even get me started on the whole Japanese car thing either...why people feel like they need to race them and dog their cars is beyond me - they probably are looking at us thinking why we drive Swedish vehicles... who cares if they have a VTech badge or coffee can muffler, they like it.
I like hearing about the cheap mods I can do to make my already quick vehicle perform better. My vehicle has close to 150K on it, and I like patrolling this board for knowledge about how I can modify it on my very limited budget.
just my .02.
