You sir, did NOT speak to Saab technical support. You spoke to general customer support. I know this personally as Saab doesn't have any female employees on tech support, just a few awesome, talent-laden former master techs, whom I know personally, and could out wrench you and just about anybody on this board. One of them happens to be a close friend of mine, and is not only one of the best all time master-techs, he also happens to be an awesome down to earth family guy, who would give you the shirt off of his back. Many years ago, I thought I knew everything about Saabs, those guys will make you know what it means to be a rookie. Please think a little longer about what you choose to blast across the threads of this board, I don't think you meant to insult the good guys, but that's how it ended up sounding here.
