I said IN the message that the PERSON i talked to was a moron, the subject was typed incorrectly, and i called a number that i was given by someone, and that was wrong, so they told me they would transfer me to tech support, but obviously they didn't, and i was pissed off when i wrote that, because everything i have been trying to do has been fu@$#@ up, and for other reasons, and for the panel removing idea, i pulled off the the little fabric part and read the tag in there, i thought these guys here meant that i had to take the whole inside of the door off, which seemed a little hard, and irritating, so i just thought i'd try and pop off the door handle inside, and pull off the clothe piece, inside i saw this...

i'm hoping that EJ doesn't mean not, and Aero is not connected to that word based on how far away they are from each other. (i may have a letter wrong in that EJ part, and there was a lot more on that thing but thats what i remember). Thanks 2 everyone for the help.
