AMM adjustment, volt reading questions

Greetings, my friends.
I am trying to follow others who have adjusted LH 2.2 AMM. Currently running 24 lb injectors and 3.0 FPR. I am trying to dial in adjustments using my nifty new digital multimeter. What are desirable settings for idle, cruise and WOT, as measured at O2 sensor?
Thanks for help, and Cheers!! to all.
