You shouldn't need to send anything to RC... there *must* be specs on the standard Bosch fuel pump somewhere... ?

FWIW, I'm inclined to agree that if Saab undersized the injectors from the get-go, it would not surprise me if the pump is undersized as well. Very few cars out there have a fuel pump adequately sized to maintain high pressure and high flow - they are sized to provide exactly what's necessary for the car in stock form. I seem to remember *some* early Saab tuner (maybe IPD?) pushing external fuel pumps (the old boost-a-pump comes to mind) for even mildly tuned Saabs.

What Jay is saying is true - as pressure goes up flow goes down (given that everything else remains the same). Just because the FP gauge is showing steady pressure at high boost, that tells you nothing about what's coming out of the injectors. In order to properly build this, you really need specs on your chosen pump - can it feed 30# injectors at 60-70psi? I'm certainly more than willing to believe the stock pump can't. Possibly the later Walbro ('90+ cars, I think), but almost certainly not the earlier Bosch variety...
