Hi !
You mean Classic 900 ?
If so:
a) Best would be using a cylinderhead from a "shortengine", M/94-.
Tihis head will fit with some modifications, but it´s not a strictly bolt on.
Next best would ne a 2.3 head from a "longengine", -M/93.
This will fit "bolt on", combined with a 2.1 intake you have a nice pice of hardware.
b) Std. throttlebody will do just fine.
c) Std. casted exh-manifold, can be used upp to 250 bhp, but a tubular is better, also moe expensive, and, likly to crack. It´s "impossible" to say what´s the absolute limit for cast manifold.
d) Camshafts, I recommend custom cams, based on new castings, not std. where you have to cut down the basecircle.
So, now you have something to think about.
b)
