Last dyno run had 240 hp and 260 ft/lbs and that's at the wheels. I'm running about 16 psi, so pretty conservative on boost.. The td-04 kit only got us about 10 ft/lbs but also about 45 hp since the turbo is big enough to carry the power up the rev range where the t-25 was so small the power really tailed off at rpm as the thing ran out of air. You WILL hurt the t-25 running as high a boost press. as you are talking about, it will over speed at rpm and it's making huge heat. Didn't have much time on the dyno as the clutch went south, just got new clutch from scanwest/quartermaster,(that only took 3 months) now I just have to see if it fits. Also the abbott ecu was making the car run really rich at anything above 5k rpm and we were losing some power. I have to find an ecu that works right.
On your injectors, if I were you I'd pull them, out send them to RC tell them what fuel press. you're running and what hp you want to make and they'll tell you how much hp your injectors will support and what injector to go to.
