Yep -- 98 is some very high octane. When I fill up on 94, which only one gas station in the whole area carries, I feel like I'm a celebrity! Haha. I wish I had 98 octane where I lived! 22..23.. PSI? Hmm.
I agree 98 octane gives your more freedom with boosting levels, but I'm just talking as if I owned a Carlsson, what I would do to it. Those Carlsson's are so nice-- not worth any risk. Heck, personally, I would barely drive it!
I'd much rather see a safe and running Carlsson rather than a *potential* problem waiting to happen in such a nice car. It's like seeing an 18year old spoiled kid who I know, driving a brand new 2002 9-3 Viggen convertible. His parents bought it for him... completely different topic though. Either way, both situations scare me. That's just me though.
Whether Harry goes with my line of thinking, or takes a completely seperate route, it's his car, and I'm just posting my opinion. I will respect whatever decision he makes.
Unless he sells the Carlsson and buys a civic! LOL ( :
Just my thoughts..
Good luck Harry!
