Sway Bars: Well-- not to offend anyone, but the reason most people just get urethane bushings on their stock sway bars is for cost reasons. To be honest, that's the route I was going to take for my 90 SPG because I was doing some penny pinching at the time. Now I'm saving for the real deal, SAS front & rear sway bars. They come with the urethane bushings. Definatly a huge improvement over stock sway bars with urathane bushings.

Springs:
As you probably know, Abbott's are expensive! I've heard they do provide an extreme drop though. The Swedish Dynamics should work just as well. I don't know too much about 9K lowering springs, so I'll keep my mouth shut ( :
